This is where all the deals that appear on your website are controlled. With a few clicks of the button deals can be created with a full Make, Model & Derivative list being maintained by AMS including a full car picture library making sure your adverts are created quickly and accurately.
The system highlights when deals expire to ensure your advertising is accurate.
Contact Manager
This section allows you to manage all your contacts in terms of dealers, finance companies and professional contacts where again allowing you to Email, Fax*, Text*.
The system stores nearly all the dealerships for each manufacturer making it easy for you to make contact with them.
XML Features
Built in dynamic XML facilities keeps all your deals up to date with major portals such as www.contracthireandleasing.com and www.buyyourcar.co.uk. This drastically reduces many man hours updating deals manually which can then be spent selling more deals.

Call queuing for your business:
If you have limited lines into your office and your line is engaged, we will queue the callers and play them on hold music (which you can select), then put the call through to you as soon as a line becomes free. In effect, this increases the number of lines available to you, this will be especially useful at busy times of the day or should you have a particularly busy inbound campaign. Your customer will never hear the engaged tone again and you won't miss a call!

When we detect an inbound fax to this number we process it & deliver it straight to your email address. You can then forward it to the relevant person to act on it without the need of printing it and re-faxing it and because it arrives as a pdf document can easily be stored to your clients record.
