Vehicle Deal Database

This is where all the deals that appear on your website are controlled. With regards to the Leasing & New Sales within a few clicks of the button deals can be created with a full Make, Model & Derivative list being maintained by AMS including a full car picture library making sure your adverts are created quickly and accurately. The system highlights when deals expire to ensure your advertising is accurate.

In the case of our Used Car database this will talk to HPI & CAP (subject to which contract is contracted to) by entering a registration number and just adding the vehicle pictures specific to that vehicle, adverts are created in seconds.

Contact Manager

This section allows you to manage all your contacts in terms of dealers, finance companies and professional contacts where again allowing you to Email, Fax*, Text*. The system stores nearly all the dealerships for each manufacturer making it easy for you to make contact with them.

Automatic Deal Export Features

Built in is our deal export facilities keeping all your deals up to date with major advertising portals such as;
